Haines City - A  couple of days ago, we received the sad news that our beloved toy chihuahua, Ozzy, was suffering from a heart condition. No, we didn't see any signs, or symptoms that could indicate that something wasn't right with his little heart... it was a routine visit to his vet what helped us discover the delicate condition of his heart.

The moment we arrived at The Heart of Florida Animal Hospital, we were treated like family. The receptionists were very caring towards our little guy and made sure all our paperwork was ready for his visit. But it was the moment we were called inside the exam room what made the experience an even better one.

When we met Dr. Devon A. Watts, DVM, we knew from moment one that Ozzy was in good hands. Dr. Watts took his time explaining to us what he was doing to Ozzy and answered all our questions with the knowledge and expertise that characterize this amazing clinic... Dr. Watts was, in fact, the one who discovered Ozzy's heart condition and, after doing so, he immediately took control of the situation and prescribed Ozzy the medications that he will need to live a better life from now on.

I have to say that we are more than thankful to Dr. Watts and his staff at The Heart of Florida Animal
